Back in September (2013), we told you about our exciting new accreditation with Checkatrade \u2013 the leading industry body responsible for the verification and reputable evaluation of a wide database of companies working within the trades.<\/p>\n
With accreditation, vetting and monitoring by such a venerated organisation, Doorfit\u2019s first few months of being part of the scheme have seen us garner many favourable reviews, recommendations and references.<\/p>\n
With our Checkatrade application approved in early August 2013, the positive feedback began to flood in.<\/p>\n
After a bright start \u2013 a few perfect scores of 10, as well as a 9.3 overall review from a customer in Sutton Coldfield for whom we completed an electric roller shutter garage door installation \u2013 a few more 10s followed, including from a customer in Halesowen for another garage door supply and fitting.<\/p>\n
Very happy with the whole process from start to finish, the client commented that Doorfit presented a \u201cuseful website to assist with the selection of door\u201d, as well as \u201cattentive customer service\u201d and \u201cprompt site visit and finalisation of a competitive quotation\u201d before going on to point out the \u201cexcellent installation \u2013 clean and tidy\u201d.<\/p>\n
Many more perfect 10 reviews followed, with a common theme occurring in the areas that customers were most pleased with: namely Doorfit\u2019s professional approach, our clean and efficient work, and our ability to provide an attentive and proficient service from start to finish.<\/p>\n
In November, a customer from Wallingford was also extremely satisfied with our \u201cdeep knowledge of products\u201d, something we believe is crucial to being able to provide the highest level of service, and over the course of 13 reports so far we have amassed an overall average of 9.9.<\/p>\n
Alongside the positive reviews, Doorfit have also received a number of glowing recommendations, aimed at those considering using our services in the future. The five currently present on our page are the ones that were used as part of our Checkatrade verification process, which means they have been evaluated for accuracy and validity using spot checks.<\/p>\n
The recommendations highlight a number of areas that Doorfit excel in. For example, one customer in Sutton Coldfield mentions that we are \u201cvery good value for money\u201d, while another in Birmingham discusses some very complex installation work that was \u201call sorted\u201d and \u201cno problem\u201d for our team. Others continued to refer to our \u201ctidy and efficient\u201d working practices and the level of service, from the selection of the door right through to the installation and beyond was again pointed out by many.<\/p>\n
